At Creative Crafts n' Clay, we want everyone to have a great time while unleashing their inner artist. We are truly grateful for all guests who use our services and help support our local small business!

We ask that everyone reads these policies prior to booking their own events.

Cancellation
​
48 hours notice is appreciated, we understand that extenuating circumstances happen but a last-minute cancellation prevents someone else from booking, and it hurts small, local business.
​
Cancellations made without 48 hours notice may be subject to losing any deposit given.
​
Media Release
​
We love sharing photos of parties and events on our website and social media platforms. By booking a class or event with Creative Crafts n' Clay, you are consenting to your photo and photos from your event being used by CCNC.
​
If you prefer to not have your photos used on our web platforms, please let us know ahead of time and we will happily accommodate.
​
Covid-19
​
We follow all Covid-19 mandates as implemented by the Government of Alberta. Should you have a concern about your safety, please contact us directly so we an accommodate!

Alcohol
​
Alcohol is not permitted in the studio without a Special Events Liquor license. The online application can be found here or can be purchased from a liquor store. Artists are welcome to supply alcohol at private events hosted within their own home. Creative Crafts n' Clay holds no responsibility to the safety of your guests and alcohol consumption.
For events held in venues, party hosts will be responsible to following all liquor licensing and regulations.

Unclaimed Art
​
Art will be held in the studio for 90 days, unfortunately we are limited on space and cannot hold on to everyone's pieces for longer. Pieces that are not picked up within 90 days of the date of completion, will be re-homed.

Refunds
​
Our goal is for everyone to have a great time! Should a service not be to your satisfaction, we will happily discuss what we can do to make it better, however refunds will not be given.
​
Deposits for parties may not be refunded in the event less than 48 hours notice is given without a valid reason for cancellation.
